The best way to contact us is via our tech support form. Click here to e-mail us. Be sure to tell us the name and version of your word processing software when describing your problem. E-mail is the best way to get a response on the weekends.

Call us toll-free at 800-474-5058. To get a human instead of an answering machine, call Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. But you can really call any time; if we don't answer just leave a message and we will return your call.

Fax

    What you can expect from us:
  • Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern time we can usually respond to your e-mail or voicemail message within the hour. After 5pm we try to respond to e-mail messages and some voicemail messages until 9pm.
  • Saturday during the day (9am to ?) we respond to e-mail messages and voicemail within 3 to 4 hours. We are not consistently available on Sat. evening.
  • Sunday we are closed. (We do check our e-mail on Sunday, and will try to respond if you have an emergency.)
